Frusciante, John - Chances Lyrics
This is the time to die
I'm not someone on whom to rely
Chances come and chances go
This is letting go
I feel the tightening of the dawn
No one goes back 'cause they're all there
Are you everywhere
Becoming who you think you are
In order to do your part
In the multi-dimensional scheme
You'll know what I mean
This is the time to die
I'm not someone on whom to rely
Chances come and chances go
This is letting you know
This cutting off of fate like string
A line that falls to the floor
And I'm not me anymore

I just played this to my mom and she said that this is one of the best songs she's ever heard, that's really saying something. John's music takes me to another place, it's indescribable. I'm sure so many other people feel that same way while listening to his music too.
You said it perfectly

reminds me a bit of Central
This is my favorite JF song, probably one of the most relevant song of our time. We are near the end "I feel the tightening of the dawn",to truly live is to live with the will to die. John has become aware of the true consciousness "i'm not me anymore" and that transcends the physical illusions. THIS IS the time to die for those who are aware, we are in the darkest age of ignorance, the kaliyuga (hinduism). "Chances come and go", figure out your spirituality before its too late, the end is near.
this song somehow transport me somewhere that is not this time, i mean to another unknown place in another time in another dimension ._.
For me this is the best album of JF!
there better be no dislike on this SHIIT! :)
