Believe me or not..when MF came in Festival de Jazz de Vienne in France in 1988....When he finished his concert...all the 3500 people seated in the Roman amphitheater didn t move for 20 minutes...we were all hyptnotysed by Michael.. he sets such a peacefull armosphere that we where envaulted...totally unable to move to go bck home...to go back to our stressfull lives....amazing Michael. Saale in Minneapolis in 1985 wherz the concert room wass terribly not set for electric instruments...Michael was so Zen....unbelievable...

Heard Michael Franks newest 2011 song on a smooth jazz station and got nostalgic for music from this album. Thankfully, most of "Tiger In The Rain" is being posted on Youtube.

@ fsulka, i hope you'd also had the chance to check out his earlier albums i.e...sleeping gypsy, art of tea & one bad habit...it's like he's on the pinnacle of his career...his best produce!

Michael Franks is an artist that few know. Listen to this song and wonder why he is unknown. He is a musical treasure. I've loved his music since the Camera Never Lies. Google it.
