Drew Its about a girl who lost her innocence and became corrupt by the way of the world. You wonder if those people will ever make it home again. Home being the state of mind we were created to live in and the state of mind we were born in. Peace, tranquility, and love. A question I think everybody asks themselves is where their heart is. When you grow up you lose yourself and become reprobate and deprived along with all the others and forget where your heart is. Because your heart is deliberately suppressed and naturally buried beneath the layers of bad experiences which contradict the feelings we have of peace, tranquility and love.
So eventually we conform our feelings to the evidence of reality and accept reality as is and usually give up hope. But Jesus has reserved a place for us separate from the bad things of the world. In this place He has reserved for us there is no platform for evil to stand. In Christ all things are made whole. There will be no need for sunlight, for the Glory of the Lord will be the light.
This song talks about 1 girl but this can be applied to anyone. Hope this helps.
