I've always loved the evolution of this band.

This band has been my favorite for the past high school years of my life and on. The music and energy that comes out of this band has truly change and motivated my life forward.

From Changes, to Relentless, to Back Burner, then Wasted Youth during my early college years.
Then Heavy Hearts was release when Chad came back on my late college years. Heavy Hearts is the year when I became Vegan and would go to gym hard and pump up the music.
Since their last album, I been waiting for their new music. I been checking Youtube and iTunes every-time to check if they have made their new music. I waited and just waited.

2015 came, I checked Youtube or iTunes, nothing.
2016 came, I was excited for a newer album to come up, I checked, Nothing!
Then 2017 came, I felt that something was up then I kept checking Youtube or iTunes, Nothing!

Then last month, you guys release a new music video, Stone, which brought excitement in me for the New album, Six.
Then, today-Feb 17 in 2018- it came to me as a surprise when I was contemplating my personal life and deciding my life goals.
When I open iTunes, I saw that the album Six, had all of their music available and I got super excited.
Super excited because the album came out around my birthday which is almost on the 20th.


I listened to everything and this album kills bruh!!
The new style, the new music.
I love the new style of For The Fallen Dreams.

This song, Void, is by far one of my favorites!
The album overall is the best birthday present!

Sooo am I the only one noticing the generic metalcore song structure here? All the songs have some boring chorus in the middle,goes into some heavy,back into chorus???? I really hope this ftfd record isn't an entire album of simple song formula, constructive criticism from a long time fan

agreed man. I am not really impressed with how it sounds to be honest because, being a LONG time fan like you, this isn't for the fallen dreams... I get there has been member switch-ups but even still, this isn't the same band unfortunately. It sounds a lot like In Hearts Wake to me to be honest. Even the guitar tone. It's just really overdone and I expected a lot more from these guys especially Chad Ruhlig. It's disappointing.

DMME yea dude! It's hard to believe this is a album 4 years in the making since heavy hearts! Sounds more like an ep lol.

"Am I the only one" Nope. Far from it. This is classic song structure. Literally 99% of songs ever written follow the verse-chorus-verse-chorus-bridge-chorus structure.

Most chips come in a bag, and most soft drinks come in 12 oz cans. Most PS4 games come inside a blue case, and most people have 2 legs, 2 arms, and a head.

Structure isn't important - It's what's INSIDE the structure that matters.

Brothers in Arms in an excellent song, one of their old ones. These guys have been through some line up changes, but this is good. Also if you like Deathcore, have you ever listened to Through the Eyes of the Dead?
