I have a special relationship with this album. I live in Christchurch, New Zealand which was devastated by a shallow magnitude 6 Earthquake in February 2011 that killed 185 people and destroying homes and the CBD. A month later Foos played a one-off show to raise money for the Christchurch earthquake fund. Dave said "I hope that we can see you soon and do what we can to bring a little bit of happiness back into your lives". Beyond that being such a beautiful gesture the show was only a couple of weeks before Wasting Light was to be released. They played a long, kickass set at the beginning of which was no less than the whole Wasting Light album!!!!

My only beef with this record is it sounds like they tried to make the analog record sound like it was digital. The point was to record on tape to get that analog feel. What I hear sounds like an ALMOST digital recording vs. a resonant, breathing analog recording.

For Wasting Light, I think they allowed fans to direct their own music videos to the tracks. The best ones were featured on the Foos website or something. But If the band isnt in the vid, it's made by a contestant. White Limo, Rope and Walk are the only OFFICIAL music videos from the album.

This song is great and will forever be great. Though it was great until my guitar club rekt it and threw it out of our plans to cover.
