I always considered "Never Been Any Reason" by Head East to be the GREATEST song in the history of R & R. Then I heard this on XM "Deep Tracks". THEN I saw the current iteration of the band play this live last month and I've selected a new #1! BTW, go see them--in mourning the loss of Lonesome Dave/Rod Price you might miss the fact that their replacements are fabulous and that their show kicks ass and takes names! One of my top five shows EVER (a list that started in 1969 with Spirit).

Nope..they are just your typical classic blues riffs...some are more similar than others...it's the blues....

I was 15 -- perfect age. Didn't drink a drop of alcohol in high school, but this kind of stuff gave my friends and me the real charge we needed until we were old enough for the girls to notice us back. Now I'm almost 60 and it still sounds good. Got together with the garage band buddies last weekend (same friends).

The "ALRIGHT" at 3:16 always impressed me. Have wondered if it was for what had been played, or what was to follow.

Glad to see this posted! This is the most ass-kicking song ever made as far as I'm concerned! Rod Price was absolutely unreal on this! This should be among the best guitar songs ever!
