Because when they were looking for soundtrack Kojima contacted Sony Music gave then info on what game is about and then Sony Music spread the word that Kojima san is looking for artists to create original soundtrack for Death Stranding.. Once the word was out artists under contract with Sony Music like Au/Ra started working and sending it towards Kojima san, and you can tell he has great taste in music, he loves music and once you see and hear the Timefall album you will agree with me..

@hyperpiano I don't have to convince you that my fundamental value is better than yours. I just have to show you that your value has no basis in reality. That it doesn't make sense and there is no reason why you should have it.

For example, one could pursue their ultimate value of counting to ten and back constantly but such a value is not a value at all because value implies a beneficiary and you gain nothing from dedicating your life to counting to ten and back.

If value is going to mean anything at all it must relate to the life of the valuer. To separate the two is a contradiction in terms. That's why your life objectively is the ultimate value which serves as the standard for all lesser values.

I don't give a damn what the artist said. The music is what it is and I'm interpreting the music, not the artist's vision for it.

I define "value" as something that one acts to gain or keep. It could be anything from food to your relationships to your career.

However, before you can ask what specific values you should pursue you have to ask why should you pursue anything in the first place? What is it, in reality, that makes that pursuit of values worth it?
In other words: why would one act to gain or keep anything?
This is an important question, if you can't answer it you can't actually choose your values. And it's a question about the factual nature of yourself as a human being, not a question of subjective choice.

The answer is: because of how that value relates to their life and therefore happiness.
So, in my view value, as a concept, only exists because of its standard which is life. This is why it doesn't make sense to me when people talk about values that do not relate to the life of the valuer. It's like they've understood that we have the choice to choose between things but not understood what makes that choice worth it in the first place.

I don't think that values are subjective because, while you have the free will to choose to pursue things that don't sustain your life, those values contradict the metaphysical standard for value in the first place, which is your life.

Objective values are those that have the proper relationship to your life. Things that sustain and further your life. They are worth pursuing because thriving results in the experiential state of happiness.
