Fleetwood Mac - The Derelict Lyrics

Oh I slept in a derelict
And I ate off the floor
I was wrapped in a blanket
As a knock came on the door
You can get out of here
Said a man in a raincoat
So I moved in with you and you loved me
Took a trip down the highway
And I spoke with my folks
It's a serious business
And there's no time for jokes
You can get out of here
Said a middle aged lady
So I moved in with you, and you loved me
Yes you loved, you loved me
There was so much at stake
Too much confusion
I'd had all I could take
No more get out of heres
From a man in a raincoat
Cause I moved in with you, and you loved me

This must be the dude from Savoy Brown, correct?

    c.... ....

@Robert McAllister You can definitely hear his influence here.

    c.... ....

@chrisradano he also joined Black Sabbath for a short time the first time that Ozzy Osbourne left check him out doing vocals on Juniors eyes just Google Dave Walker with Black Sabbath on Youtube it'll pop up

    c.... ....

They offered more money than Savoy Brown, but he hogged the stage too much and drank a little too much, badly influencing John McVie and they ultimately decided he didn't fit in. I'm glad he later went back to Savoy Brown because he did fit in there.

Good performer but they said he hogged the stage too much, drank too much and generally didn't fit in.They would only put up with excessive drinking from John McVie,I guess.Dave really should have stayed with Savoy Brown.I'm glad he went back.later because he fit in better there.Fleetwood Mac just offered more money.
