So many great songs of that era were covered by white artists...never nearly as well as the brilliance of these groups.... they owned doo wop

Lost my wife 6 weeks ago, was one of our favorites. Pat Boone did it as well, did a great job, but prefer this one. Sad that these beautifully songs are oldies.nothing like it today, but these oldies are coming back

When I hear this music, and I hear it a lot, I tear up thinking of my wife and I and how much we liked it. I lost her 3 years ago and the music brings back good times.

At the time this was released, Chess/Checker labels not only had The Flamingos, but also The Moonglows. Then, to top it off they had single artists such as Chuck Berry, Bo Diddley, Little Walter, and Bobby Charles.
