I didn't know this was religious. I still love it. But I am Christian, but I don't consider myself following it since I don't go to church.

I'm listening to this before a track meet that I think I can't win. I woke up thinking I couldn't do it and I would hyperventilate, after listening to this song my breathing leveled and my heart beat went down. Now I feel like I can do it. It will be my first time running the 400 (one lap around track) and last time I did that long I started crying in the middle because I had chest pain and couldn't breathe right.

Even as an atheist, I like to Iisten to bands like Fireflight, Skillet, Starset, Thousand Foot Krutch etc. Because music has this amazing ability of speaking to people everywhere, inspiring people with all sorts of backgrounds to think all kinds of thoughts and feel the emotions, that bind us all. I respect religious people as long as they respect me. I also respect this song was written with the intention of having a religious message. But to me, this song simply encourages me to believe in myself, in my own abilities and to let go of the fears I have so I can chase my dreams and reach for my goals, even if they seem far away and even if others don't believe I'll make it. "Unbreakable" tells me to put my mind to whatever I want to do and to not give up just cause the road is tough. And that, even without a God to believe in, is a message worth listening to and spreading. :) Good day to you all.

This song is religious, just by the fact that this is a Christian band that uses fairy and god in there. as long as they believe, that's what the song is about.

I don't understand why people feel the need to justify why they're listening to this song even if they don't believe in God. I personally do, and I realize the song's message, but listening to any song doesn't require a certain religious belief

You did an amazing job on these lyrics! I only saw one mistake and that was only because I was really looking after you asking people not to hate. I loved the transitions and speed, they were in perfect time to sing along, the font was excellent and so was the background. You should be really proud of what you did. Back in the 80's we had to record songs and listen over and over hoping we got the right words, unless the album or cassette came with the lyrics.

I noticed that a lot of people fell this song is religious, but I watched the official music video for the song and while it was hard to make out, I think that this was more about what people go through everyday, like in it there was what you thought was a girl, but then it's revealed that it's a guy with a wig on, there was also a girl on her knees crying, and one scene was of police tape, I think the song's really about how you shouldn't let people put you down and control you, and the first line few lines, 'where are the people who accuse me? the ones who beat me up and bruise me? they hide just out of sight, can't face me in the light. they'll return, but I'll be stronger' that could very well be referring to people who are abused by their family, or by other loved ones such as their boyfriend, girlfriend, fiancé, or spouse. the chorus is 'God I want to dream again, take me where I've never been. I wanna go there, this time I'm not scared. Now I am unbreakable, it's unmistakable. no one can touch me, nothing can stop me!', 'God I want to dream again' could very well be pointing out how many people lose faith and hope by being beaten, or bullied, they fall into a depression where they feel nothing is worth it and that they're not worth anything, and wish they were, 'take me where I've never been, I wanna go there, this time I'm not scared' could be referencing to when they choose to see that they are worth it and are starting to find self worth and are no longer afraid of the ones who have hurt them, 'Now I am unbreakable, it's unmistakable! no one can touch me, nothing can stop me!' is probably them finally accepting who they are and refusing to let anyone put them down anymore and will no longer be put down and will stand up for themselves as well as accepting who they are and not letting anyone stop them from believing in themselves. The line that goes 'Forget the fear it's just a crutch that tries to hold you back and turn your dreams to dust, all you need to do is just trust' would be referring to being afraid to stand up for, or be yourself and letting other put you down instead, and that all you need to do is trust in yourself and those who actually care and things will get better. I don't think that this song is religious, but one about standing up for and being yourself and not letting anyone put you down, or tell you otherwise. I just found out about this song a few days ago, and I really like it, but it wasn't until I watched the music video that I started to see what this song is possibly about.
