I fell for my bestfriend and it's driving me crazy. I ended up avoiding him, but he always manage to do stuff to make me approach him again. I always feel we were meant to be together cause everytime I looked into his eyes, I could feel as if he's begging me to be with him. Hoy me entero que tuve ansiedad por 2 años casi (tengo 14)y me enteré por los sintomas que tiene y los signos, (sí, recién hoy busco sobre los sintomas de la ansiedad y de paso me hice un test y tengo la mayoría de estos hace tiempo... y yo que no sabía porque tenía esos sintomas antes, que tonta era) y me di cuenta que tuve hace menos de 1 mes un ataque de ansiedad :')))), de paso tengo autoestima baja y soy bisexual (lo cual no es malo ser bisexual, pero el problema es que mis padres no saben nada de esto:))) ). No podría estar mejor... :")

Todo esto me esta absorbiendo y no se como pedir ayuda, tengo miedo de causarle más problema a mis padres y a mi familia, no quiero que me traten diferente ni tampoco que se enojen como cuando me abrí con mis primos y me tuvieron que llevar a un psicólogo, no quiero molestar a mis amigos hablando de mis problemas. Desde hace 3 años me siento como basura y totalmente sola, lo gracioso es que la psicóloga dijo que lo hacía para llamar la atención, que era insegura. Cuando dejé de ir, mis padres pensaron que estaba mejor que nunca y que era la misma de antes. Por suerte este año pude tener un poco de confianza conmigo misma y me hice amigas luego de estar 2 años en el colegio, lo malo de 2019 es que a mitad de año me volví a sentir como antes con baja autoestima, y peor, sentía que cada cosa negativa que me decían era cierta, me sentía fea, asquerosa, insegura, etc, pero decidí no contarle a nadie, no quería que mis padres se volvieran a enfadar conmigo, no quería ser una molestia. Para el colmo me entero que tengo ansiedad. Enserio , ¿mi vida no podría estar peor? (Se que otras personas se podrían sentir peor todavía y eso es lo que me hace sentir como una basura, me siento desagradecida por todo cuando me mencionan eso, pero soy un humano y tengo sentimientos, y no poder expresarlo y tener que acumularlo es lo peor, así que por favor no juzguen. Al menos yo ya tuve suficiente)

Y se que no tiene nada que ver con la canción pero necesitaba desahogarme de alguna otra manera, perdón si desperdicié su tiempo.

@Giuli Cristalli Primero que todo, no te preocupes por lo que digan los demás, si ellos creen que eres algo déjalos creerlo, tú sabes lo que vales y quién eres y eso es lo único que importa. No dudes en pedir ayuda de siempre que la ocupes, somos seres humanos y todos necesitamos de ayuda en algún momento. Y no te preocupes por la ansiedad, todos tenemos ansiedad en algún momento de nuestras vidas, ya sea por algo que nos molesta o nos tiene preocupados, cada vez que te sientas mal o sientas la ansiedad intenta hacer algo que te guste y te calme (por ejemplo escuchar tu música preferida), verás que sí haces esto te sentirás mucho mejor. Espero sigas mejor y puedas solucionar tus problemas.
