This is fantastic, feels new but familiar.

I've been listening to Feeder since Echo Park so almost 18 years and they've never failed to impress. It's so common that bands fail short at doing their best in the latter part of their careers but Feeder continuously impress me with something different or to what their fans enjoy.

This is the best thing I've heard from them since Borders.

What happened to the rocking and edgy band I fell in love with in 1997? Where are songs like "Descend", "Stereo World", "Sweet 16", "World Asleep" and "Waterfall". I could fall asleep listening to this. So disappointing.

You can enjoy that, but you probably aren't a fan of Swim or Polythene then.

drockny Bands change styles, that's just normal. To say Comfort in Sound was an abomination is completely ridiculous, it's a fantastic album. Yes there are more slower songs on there than their first 3 albums, but so what? It's quite rare that bands don't change styles throughout their duration, they've been going for over years, you can't expect them to keep writing the same sort of material for that long.

Comfort in Sound is probably top of my all-time albums list. Abomination, heh.

James Buckingham Totally agree - been following them since about 96-97 since the "SWIM E.P." And this song is as good as a lot song's they've done!!

It's definitely up there, isn't it? One thing I've always found is that Feeder know how to end an album. This song has the catharsis of songs like Moonshine (my all time favourite).
