I nearly cry listening to this... there’s this unexplainable feeling about this song in particular

I love this song so much. I have always liked the left-field Feeder songs, like Radioman.

This song is just so calming and pure ear goodness.

Most of Feeder’s back catalogue are underknown, and most Feeder fans seemingly stopped liking the band’s output after “Pushing the Senses” over the changes they have made with every album getting progressively softer and less originality back then. Their new stuff is okay, but lacks some of their old charm IMO, although still quite good. I think they were one of the bands that both benefited and lost out by people not really listening to full albums in one go anymore.

The more “open to change” fans are more or less the ones that like their softer stuff from early on like Radioman (as you said - I fucking love that one too), this, Descend, etc. Most of the “people who ditched them” camp are people who knew them from either GT1 or GT3 (Polythene or Echo Park) and then lost interest after PTS

In fact, fun fact, I consider every Feeder album at least above average, I don’t hate the band, and can say that I hold the PTS/CIS era as strongly as the others for me (though I have a soft spot for their Swim, Polythene and YWTS stuff)

i always play this song before 21 first century melt down from echo park they fit <3 same with bug after satellite news !
