Falling Up - The Dark Side Of Indoor Track Meets Lyrics
Such fluorescent
You must wonder how I sleep
Shaking spells end
As the cuts lined up my knees
As I tape my eyelids up
But now I wonder
That I may have ran too
Far
Watch me float by
A bending arched and sweeping sight
Now play it backwards
And I swear you'll see me misty-eyed
Far
If there's complications
Pull the plug out
Pull the plug out
If there's complications
Pull the plug out
Pull the plug out
If there's complications
Pull the plug out
Pull the plug out
If there's complications
Pull the plug out
Pull the plug out

Falling Up The Dark Side Of Indoor Track Meets Comments
Here because of Gossip girl
I was never any good at running and yet this song makes perfect sense
the instrumental is not something you wanna listen to at night. it's scary! :<
Unless I'm sorely mistaken, I'm pretty sure the poem that inspired this song is part of the same story concept that became Fangs.
I pretty much just consider the last couple of songs on Captiva to be a prologue to the next album. They do all share lyrical/musical themes with it, after all.
wat a name of a song. i love it
oh wow, perfexct song for just listening, thinking, dreaming..
I love this song !
Far -> I love this part.
I feel like you could make this compare to different kinds of situations...break up..a accident..a sport like this...so many things...just gotta think deep
anybody know the piano tabs for the intro?
Jessy said that this song is from a poem he wrote back in High School when he was in track
Is it just meditative, or do the lyrics actually mean something?
This is off Gossip Girl I think..
yes! you can buy them at Christian stores everywhere!!
u can get them @ amazon...u can but the cd..or buy the mp3 download album
what jessy told me when i talked to him was that this song is really a poem he wrote when he was in track meets.... yes it is pretty funny to call it that but hey, your right, i;m a fan and i don't really care...
I find the intro of this song to be funny just because of the fact that the song is called "The Dark Side of Indoor Track Meets." I thought the song would be heavier, but if other Falling Up fans are happy with it, that's what matters.
i can't wait. i'll try to post it up
this is coolio
this song is awesome!
