This was the first song I heard from the "Take This to Your Grave" album. My sister said "Why the ancient ones" when it came on and when it ended, I said "Now that was real Fall Out Boy".

The first few beats of the song almost sound like Unholy Confessions by Avenged sevenfold

If they come out in 2020 with a classic, punky album it'll be the best of the year guaranteed.

Fun fact: the reason the last chord holds for so long is because they needed to fill the extra space on the vinyl, and this was the last song.

This is nonsense. Different vinyl records have different lengths of music on them and they don't need to worry about filling the extra space. The run-out groove will just be longer on a shorter side.

I was an angsty teen when this album came out, and now as a 32 year old white collar professional with a droning daily routine, I listen to this song and look back at those times with happiness. The times when everything was new and exciting, even if you got hurt.

@Julian Leon this is my favorite Fall Out Boy song ever, but it's not better than Cute Without the E. Literally everyone who was in the emo scene from '99 to '05 cried themselves to sleep at night listening to TBS, not Fall Out Boy. That being said, I don't think this song rips it off necessarily. Just similar sounding riffs. I did way more jamming to this song in my car with the windows down in high school than I ever did with Taking Back Sunday

every fob closer track is a bop
especially west coast smoker (if you dont include their cover of beat it)

What a constant bop of an album.

Especially if you compare it sonically to From Under The Cork Tree, its like the closest thing on this album to their heavier but more melodic sound from that album.
