Absolute shit... And I’m about the biggest Extreme fan you can find. I’ve been following them since Nuno sound-checked for his brother’s band “Flesh” in 1988 at my high school.

I think I was the only one happy to see Gary sing for Van Halen 20+ years ago because it incorporated my two favorite bands.

But man... This song just sucks. No real melody, no hook in the chorus at all and the guitar solo sounded like Nuno was falling down a flight of stairs.

Sorry, this was just horrible.

Are you still Extreme’s biggest fan? A few weeks ago there was a video uploaded about the time Alice In Chains opened for Extreme. Man, Extreme got shit on left and right over there. Even Paul Geary showed up in the comments to try to (poorly) defend the band

I think the concept of the album is about "remembering the musicians that brings so many influences in extreme music". Queen, david bowie, the police maybe.. in this album, you'll "meet" a lot of great rock musicians from early periode

The song is queenish, but also I think is a very "Broadway Show" song, isn't it?, I think ths is the first and only Extreme song that mixes this Lisa Minelli kinda style with powerful 70's drums and hard funky Rocker riffs and licks

Holy crap - just had my worrrrllldddd ROCKED!

I love that riff and the harmonies - totally killer - even though I think Nuno lifted a bit of "Tie Your Mother" for the overall progression.

I remember going to see these guys plays for FREE in town when they were on sort of a promotional mini tour for this album. I thought for a long overdue comeback album, they actually did a decent job! It was unique or anything... but it was just some fun rock and roll and I really enjoy this album!

There was always something that turned me off about Extreme...I mean I hate the song Get the Funk out - and I am primarily a funk rock musician - but the new stuff sounds great!
