I have heard it, if you want a legit live record of the original line up you need to get hold of Metal Up Your Ass (Live) - the fake you have are demos from No Life Till Leather & Power Metal with fake crowd noises added in. The line-up is James on vocals, Dave on guitar, Ron on Bass and Lars on Drums.

Yeah, I know that much, but I'm pretty sure that Dave Mustaine is on that record nontheless, whether he is playing the guitar or not. (I think I meant Dave on guitars, not on vocals). I don't have access to the record at the moment, as soon as I have time, I'll up it (it's an interesting record whatsoever), then you can judge for yourself.

it's a fake, and Dave never sung with Metallica, it was all James who ever spent some time as the stand alone singer. Mechanix was a Metallica song, and yes James sang it, not Dave.

No they changed a little wording and kept the riffs the solos were Dave's on the no life til leather demo it was Dave playing no he didn't sing but he was on both demos he was kicked out a month before recording. The solos though Kirk Hammett didn't write on Kill Em All they were Dave's solos from the demo but the solos weren't perfected yet and that's all Kirk did was perfect em

Actually now that I think about it, it features songs with Dave Mustaine on guitar and on vocals. It even has the song "Mechanix" instead of "The Four Horsemen"

@MaxHard9000 I wish,too!BTW,Tom and Jason played together in '94-'96 in IR8 and Sexoturica,so Gary's the only one of the mentioned who hasn't really been experienced in working with Jason,as I know.And I wouldn't say it happens that early demos is the best efforts so often but I think when musicians are mature enough it's a reason to try to refresh that demo stuff and not to throw it out.Respect Sodom for what they did in this direction in2007though Exo are able to do it way better.

@MaxHard9000 I would be really cool to see Gary, Kirk and Tom come together with Jason Newsted on bass/vocals (I think he's good for it) and re-record all that old stuff like this one (Whipping Queen), Warlord, Death and Dominaton, Interrogation, Ender, Pillager, Child of Evil, Die by His Hand... Unfortunately, when Gary's asked about re-recording of these songs in interviews there's nothing but "F**K NO!!!" in response.
