I couldn't agree with you more about that, I would implore you to check out a music reaction channel called Vin & Sori, they're a christian couple who deeply discuss themes of religion, politics etc, and they're very genuine and intelligent, they love listening to Black Metal because they really like to get into the deep seeded European hatred for Catholicism. They're really cool and I've found new love for music I already liked and discovered other bands like this one, in fact, I'm only here because they sometimes get copyright struck so the song part is blocked, so I came here.

Why was this put on youtube just this year?

Youtube have recently started trying to push youtube music and the only way they could compete with something like spotify and other music streaming platforms is by getting the highest quality version of each song available if you ever see in the descripion "provided to youtube by" its for youtube music and you will always know its high quality as well.
