I've been listening to Eurielle on YouTube for a while now so I thought why not buy her album so I could enjoy her stunning voice at home, and so I did I bought Arcadia form amazon Italy, which is actually imported from U.K., after 5 days waiting I finally got my hands on the real thing, but I was very disappointed by the poor quality of the cd, I mean the cd plays fine but the packaging is far from satisfactory: there's no casing, no leaflet, the cd itself is not even printed with a code number, the whole album just looks like a cheap pirated disc. So I want to ask you guys if anyone's got the real cd, is it any different or i am not the only one here

I'm really sorry you were disappointed with the quality of the packaging on the CD and the absence of jewel casing and a leaflet. The reason that I did not have them manufactured with jewel casing and leaflets is simply down to budget; I'm an independent artist who is still in the early stages of establishing an income from what I do and therefore, while I always strive to produce the best quality that I can, I am still restricted by my budget because I self-fund everything.


You have received a CD from the first and only batch I have had manufactured so far for Arcadia, and that batch was pressed back in 2015 when I was even less established than I am now, hence my budget back then was even more restricted and while I wanted to go for all the jewel casing and leaflets etc, it was simply beyond what I could afford at the time. Also, I carefully researched what codes and wording should be printed on the casing and CD itself, so I'm not aware of having missed anything in that respect; please could you clarify which code you're referring to that you think should have been printed on the CD?


I still have some CDs to sell from this first batch, but when the time comes to order a new batch I do plan to upgrade the casing and possibly include a leaflet; I will go for as much as I can possibly afford I can promise you that! And I may possibly redesign the artwork a little too as my photoshop skills have improved significantly over the past couple of years.

Anyway, I can only hope that you will continue to listen to and enjoy my music, and follow me on my journey as I continue to evolve and develop. I would be sad to lose you!

To tell you the truth I wasn't expecting this: the artist herself came to reply my comment, thank you Eurielle, that's very kind of you to do so, anyway now that I look back to my comment, it IS a bit harsh I must admit, although i did feel upset when I first received the album, still I keep listening everyday (except I had to put the cd out of sight), and I sort of figured it out later that the this cd is not mass produced like other pop music cds, you must be valuing your work immensely to pay for the production from your own pocket, so I really should've been more careful with my words, sorry for calling it cheap pirated cd, that was ridiculous now that I think of it, I truly regret saying so and hope that you weren't too hurt by those words.
As your fan I like and respect every piece of your work and I'll continue to follow you in the future:) you've been inspiring and awesome! Loved your new song!
PS: about the code number I'm not sure what's that called but every released cd has a code number laser printed at the inner circle on the back side, sorta like a serial number, maybe...
