This is twelve years old, but even to this very day, Emmylou is just as beautiful as she was 40 years ago.

I normally don't like how others do Beatles songs, however this is so damn good that I must make an exception.

I compare McCartney to the rock pop equivalent of Motzart and Chopin. Lennon was a combination of Chopin and Liszt. ) I think for the rest of humanity we will never see two artists of the rock pop era who will equal everything that Lennon and McCartney had.

Ever been in love and that person says all these great things, you're the best, I'll marry you, but then her love dies and you only remember the good things and can't believe what she said wasn't true? She said those things, it's still in his head, he's in denial. I'm talking about the genius who wrote the song Paul that's why I say he. He wrote this about a girl who dumped him, and it resonates with most anyone whose been in a relationships. Incredible lyrics and the Beatles did it the best. Can't be a good song to people if they don't understand what they are hearing.

Pah! To each his own Jeff, but even McCartney has stated that he liked this version more than that of the Beatles - of whom I still am a HUGE fan . because they're just giving the composition credits. If she played Something, she would have said it was written by George Harrison. The fact is, in the original recording of For No One, Paul and Ringo were the only Beatles on it. George and John didn't record anything for it.

Why in the name of God do most people that cover the Beatles not just say "I'm covering the Beatles". They have to trot out the "Lennon/McCartney" partnership...it's like George and Ringo were just fill-ins.
