This is a beautiful song. Why this never got into the top 10 I'll never know. It was to be used in the movie Flaming Star but was dropped. I don't know why because it's such a great song.

Omg when i first herd this song it was a very interesting song seeing as how i loved elvis and i never knew that he sadly passed away but heres the thing i still thought that when i was younger he was still living but no unfortunately for me since i wasn't born in the 1970s i wouldnot have known this if it weren't for my awsome dad whos an elvis geek but annyways this song sounds very nice its an underateied rated song by today's modern age but then again maybe thats just me but um yeah when ever i here this song the next thing i know i get it stuck in my head but maybe its all for the better and also the lesser of too evils but yeah every time i listen to this song i think of how much it would fit well with the opeing to scooby doo where are you and well its such a great song but yeah also is it just me or does it seems like to me at lest dont know if this applies to annyone else but someone should find a random chase secne form scooby doo and put this song over it

見過無恥的，未見過這麼無恥的。身為律政司司長、中央政治任命官員，操守理應比白紙更白，但鄭一再捲入利益衝突，視法治和規矩如無物。若事後遞交辭任信件也成免責理由，那麼申報制度還有沒有必要存在？其他公職人員是否也可有樣學樣？

Actually, this song was recorded and included in a quite bad 1960 western, "Flaming Star" but was cut after preview audiences laughed at the staging: Elvis singing to the Indians around a campfire, accompanied by a chief on war drums. A studio version of the tune was recorded, but the original "Indian" version was only resurrected recently on the German "Elvis: Double Features" CD collection.
Should be interesting to watch the original video!

I fell in love with Elvis at six years old. I had a poodle skirt with Elvis on it. In 1974 bought mine and my hubbies tickets to see Elvis at Olympia stadium in Detroit. Set for oct 1974. Week later got my money back thru the mail with a letter. Colonel Parker had sold more tickets than he should have so there wasn’t enough seats. My heart was broken. And I hated colonel Parker too

Brenda, I'm glad that Elvis is now - and from the start has been - embraced by folks from the South.  That's compensation - somewhat - for the fact that many people have rejected Elvis outright precisely because he is from the South.  These people assume that Elvis - as a poor white guy from Tupelo - must be a bigot and an ignoramus.  That's why people like Steve Allen looked down their noses at Elvis.  Same with Sinatra.  They couldn't get past their prejudice.

I am 50 years old and an Elvis fan since I was 6 years old in 1971. Elvis was, still is, and always will be the greatest entertainer of all time and the one and only king of music. No one else will ever come close to being as great as Elvis and we will never see anyone like Elvis ever again. I love this beautiful song Elvis's voice is absolute perfection.

I have been a fan since I was 12 and a half 54/55 when he was on the Louisiana Hayride. Finally got to c him in Vegas Dec 1976 his last show in Vegas. He was gorgeous, his voice was fabulous put on one awesome show. A night I will never forget.

Yes, sounding same as his mid career days. About 1965.

From mid 1960 to about 1964 was Elvis' best years voice wise.  His voice was like velvet in this timeframe.
