yep you are correct , there were a few songs from the album ELVIS IS BACK they also used the song ' dirty dirty feeling but these songs did'nt sit well in this film ..it was just a way of saving money by using songs they already had in the RCA vaults...The album Elvis is back is a classic Album and very under rated by the general public ..great songs and Elvis in fine form

If the music he recorded in those sessions after he he returned from the army had been more succesful, his career might have been quite different during the sixties. It is sad. He recorded amazing music, but the audience wanted something else. Elvis is Back -album was a disappointment saleswise. Cafe Europe (G.I.Blues) -album was a huge success and Blue Hawaii even bigger. Elvis lost his way until 1967.

I would have thought it was a late '50's to about 1960 song just from the sound of his voice. He started sounding different about the early to mid 60's.
