My beautiful sister and I grew up with Elvis I was 12 when we saw love me tender for the first time all the young girls in the audience were crying at the end of the movie he was so beautiful and so young he never lost that amazing voice My sister is gone now but when I listen to Elvis I think about her and the hours we spent listening to him he was so talented and so humble and kind what a shame his life turned out the way it did he just deserved better than the way people used and took advantage of his generous nature so sad

To have grown up listening to Elvis was a God send.

As soon as I heard this, it became my favorite song. I have never gotten tired of it, and probably never will. No one ever talks about this song, and for some reason hardly anyone knows about it. It is completely underrated. Elvis could sing anything, a voice touched and blessed by God. Did you know he sang gospel around the house constantly? Everyone makes mistakes, especially in Hollywood, it's just great to know that there were/are some Christians out there in CA. <3

Hi Drena . I am 78 and play it on my guitar along with most of his early stuff .I was the vocalist in a little rock band in 59 so did a lot of his pre 60s stuff at local hops. Those early songs are awesome.
