I wish everyone would stop making fun of Elton's hair and the video. Just enjoy the song! One of his most underrated tracks in my opinion.

You have to take into consideration that it was the 80s. This video completely embodies the look and feel of the time.

As a huge EJ fan for 47 years, I can attest this is an awful video. Compare it to Believe or The One. I’m still standing is campy, but it worked

I'm a huge fan but this is one of his weaker songs and the video is silly.

Elton doesn't play this one anymore, but I think it was not bad. I remember it! My mom liked it. One thing that always did bother me about it is his vocals on this track...they sound a bit distorted. Not sure if they were going for a certain vocal effect, but I've never heard his voice sound this way in other songs. Definitely one of his weaker singles, but much better than a lot of the stuff that was on the charts at that time.

@ThePinkDragon Kind of a weird song. I remember being at the swimming pool & seeing a bunch of old women doing aquafit to this song & they were wearing aquasox (shoes). I thought that was funny; "who wears these shoes?" Those women were wearing shoes in the water, how silly. I wasn't wearing shoes. LOL

Dave Wollenberg I didn’t realize it got that high. I remember being disappointed with the album overall, compared to Too Low for Zero. It’s ok, better than earlier 80’s albums. I do remember the Sasson Jeans commercial and Sad Songs was a decent video as far as selective color and choreography

It's the most energetic Elton I've ever seen!

I try not to revisit this time too often because it's too painful, but when I do, I think of the time I would sing this song to the very "top of my lungs" until I had no vocals left, cranked to maxed decibels.
