I love this song and the other new songs BUT I’ve been spoiled by his tour this summer. There is nothing like Jeff Lynne live! I (like some other fans) miss the depth of the symphonic sound of his earlier albums that produced an ecstatic feeling. And to have live orchestra with their added feeling interpretation leaves this recording’s “sound” lacking. It feels a little too 2 dimensional. Keep on touring Mr. Lynne! I hope I get to another concert.

I also like the fade out. There's a hard stop...but it's not over (why not go one more time?). And on the third "just one more time" repeat he adds a high-note part to the harmony. I've always liked how Jeff Lynne takes little opportunities like that to get the most out of his music.

Best track to hearing something close to a ELO song. I love how Jeff can capture it all. I'm so glad I've been a fan of ELO and Jeff since early 80s.

I have seen ELO 5 times, first time I was like 13 years old. Was front row with elbows resting on the stage in the orchestra pit for the TIME TOUR (back when you could get that close) so close I could have spit shined Jeff's shoes, caught the drum stick that night, I still have it. One of my most prized possessions. Only the finest are Wilburys.

You are lucky!!! And I saw ELO only on DVD. Unfortunately, Jeff Lynne's ELO has never been on tour in Russia and Moscow.

Absolutely, kriskruzo. I was hearing that along with a little "Destination Unknown". Side note: For years (until Jeff Lynne's ELO) I considered Destination Unknown as the last ELO song. The lyrics were appropriate for that role. Even more so in almost-2020 hindsight, considering all the things Jeff Lynne's done since.
