my boys are Back, but what happend with the previous vocalist?

I think it's the same but not 100% sure, I heard the band had a reunion implying it's the same singer. I mean it has been a long time since they last did a song so he may just sound different. Also could be he's singing differently purposely, or maybe a new singer overall, I've been trying to find out.
