love it ! the riffs in this are epic and the chorus is really catchy :)

For me their music at all sounds like andi deris' Helloween. But the joke is more emphasized.

I was really disappointed in this album, this is the best song but still not that good. I think they reached their peak with Hellfire Club.

Yeah I know. I was just griping. Since every possible name for a metal band has already been used by somebody, I guess they figured Edguy would be available. People will have to start using randomly generated words now, to avoid possible trademark problems from using known words. Could use random Klingon words too I suppose, if nobody else thought of that yet. "Batlh bIHeghjaj" means "may you die well".

Hey, that was uncalled for. Just cuz Sascha isn't here doesn't mean he doesn't exist. So long as Sascha exists somewhere on earth Ludwig is in danger, from Paeth's ascending and descending sweep picked arpeggios and scale runs. That's what Jens is up against. He's gonna need to watch some Frank Gamble guitar lesson videos if he wants to step up his game.

Sorry, I was so critical of Jens Ludwig's guitar playing. He does have a kind of memorable riff in this song and his playing has a very clean sound. This band's musicianship is nothing special but provides a competent background for Sammet's lyrics and vocals. It's a listenable album. There's a few good songs on it really. Shouldn't have done a cover of Cum on Feel the Noise though. Not as good as the Quiet Riot version and never was that great a song to start with.

That was not a guitar solo at 3:15. Here's a guitar solo /watch?v=s_5kq-Z54QI&feature=related 2:36. Jens Ludwig, or whoever that was, just doesn't know how to shred fingers like Paeth does.

Not bad, but needs Sacha Paeth and a new band name. Naming your band after your math teacher's name Edgar just ain't a great idea, unless his name is "Scales of Justice". There's actually no band around with that name. Beats the hell out of "Edguy". I didn't even know how it was supposed to be pronounced. Was it Ed-jee" or was it "Ed-gi"? Then I just said screw it.

Yea... I quess that makes sense... but I think who likes more Power metal... Because I didn't really like Helloween's "Unarmed" -album all because it's not really what I use to listen... so I guess I'm one to blame... :D
