Spirit is my favorite album of all time, by any artist. I simply love Maurice White and Earth, Wind and Fire. I keep trying to remind myself that he is not family and that I shouldn't be so broken up by his passing because I did not know him personally and I never even met him. But, that is all a lie. He is family. So, Let Me Talk, about the Pride I have in You. I knew him in a deep way because he taught me to always express Gratitude and pray that God would Help me See the Light because Evil is always lurking because That's the Way of The World, but God can Open Our Eyes so that we can always dance to the Holy Sound in Boogie Wonderland and Touch the World. I even thank him for teaching me how to talk to my lady because she is a Shining Star who gives me Happy Feelings; so I asked if she Would Mind, if I touched, if I kissed, if I held her tight in the Morning Light because It's All About Love and I wanted her to know the Reasons, I Wanna Spend the Night With You, and every Sunday Morning and Saturday Night as we needed to Get Away in September for Love's Holiday. I recently watched part of Maurice White's memorial service on you tube, toward the end of the service Phillip Bailey sang this song, Larry Dunn on keys, along with Verdine White and Ralph Johnson. Man this song always brought tears to my eyes, being born in 1957, well must I say more.

I feel GOD through their music, always have, always will !!

My sister and I are EW&F fans from back in the day and this was one of her favorite songs and the last song that we listened to she passed away two days ago from cancer and this song helps me to remember all the good times we had. Thanks EW&F your music serves a purpose and it will never get old..
