He may be dead, but he's still making me smile.
He makes me smile every damn day... The only music I listen to. It's sad that he died, in fact I only found e-dubble at 2017 (October, I think) and I listen to him for every day. It has a really weird effect, even if I listen to a song occasionally, I might not instantly love, but with time they keep getting better and better (unlike most of the songs in the industry). But I'm still scared that I will eventually get bored with every single one of his songs... What am I going to listen to next? No one, edubs is irreplaceable for me.

This song had one of my favorite flows in rap. Its so good that it was in many call of duty montages.
I woke up to day and found out he passed. Crazy. Freestyle Friday's were a real thing to look forward to. I met him at a bar in Baltimore, Turps. He was chill, just drinking a beer and hanging out. I'm sad about this. B- more & Philly up

I fucking hate whole wheat bread First and foremost, rap isn't a genre. Rap music is just any music with rapping. Hip Hop on the other is the genre that both Eminem and E-Dubble come from and is the genre associated with Hip Hop CULTURE which originated from the 70s in New York and consists of four elements of DJing, MCing/rapping, graffiti and breakdancing.
Eminem and E-Dubble are both Hip Hop. That's why Eminem mentions Hip Hop in his songs and E-Dubble had an album with Hip Hop in its title. If you're able to give me an accurate difference between the two different genres I'll listen but you probably can't so I'll assume it's bullshit.
Kaizer-Man The difference is how they see themselves. Eminem yeah will mention hip hop now and again, but he refers to himself as a rapper. He strives to make mostly rap music, and builds his STYLE around what is known as common rap, even if its nit technically a genre like you said(which hey your probably right you know yoir shit) While Edubble on the other hand has said, in that album you referenced "hip hop is good", a line from the song dogface go "I'm not a rapper, I'm not an employee, put me in the box if you want to annoy me" he is going for a different style, a different section of hip hop, not exactly rap like Eminem has done. Slower lyrics different beats, sampling songs etc. Their styles are completely different and that's exactly why it's a futile task to compare them. At least from my point of view
