Damn this sucks.

I love this song because everything about the production seems wrong. The bass in only really present in the intro, and then it damn near drops out. The vocals are pushed to the very front of the mix and mixed with a fantastic 60s reverb. Wish the band were better at making LPs, but otherwise, each EP is a blitzer.

Really? I'm a huge Lush fan, but they don't sound much like them at all to me. They're definitely not a shoegaze band like Lush. They sound a lot more like other late 80's and early 90's Britpop bands like Darling Buds, Elastica, Primitives, etc.

Very reminiscent of the Primitives and Darling Buds. And the Bangles and Pretenders before that. Good to hear new bands coming out with great vintage-sounding music. Feels like the 80's and early 90's all over again.

@LordMcAwesome why not ? ... i think it's cool at least when you're not always in that state 'cause if you smoke constantly pot you will not really takes off anymore... it becames just banal with a potentially subtile breakdown effect on the brain... if it remains an experience once in a while i think that it's cool... but it's personal... we are not equal with the effect of that natural product...
