This song sums up how I’ve felt this year. I’ve come so close to giving up on life and even considered just ending it all. I’ve had very dark thoughts and impulses and horrible waves of intense sadness and depression.

I’m going through the healing process now thankfully, but this song is absolutely how depression feels.
