No Winter lasts forever, this song helps me have hope that things can get better.
I know they're known for their awesome metal, but their softer songs are awesome too. Even just an acoustic version expands on the range of the band. I've had people dismiss DragonForce for the intense, high-speed songs, but then I let them listen to Starfire and Trail of Broken Hearts.

Well, a lot of acoustic music is played with an acoustic electric guitar or an electric on an acoustic modulation. But since there's no other instruments, maybe it isn't even metal. Maybe just melodic rock?

Was never really keen on DragonForce, then about a month ago I downloaded The Power Within, when I heard this, I fell in love instantly. Since then I've slowly been getting into all of their stuff, though this will remain my favourite no doubt. Marc Hudson is, in my opinion, head and shoulders above ZP Theart.
Definitely, & their latest album really showcases his voice
+Jack Irven Marc Hudson can reach those higher notes better and write better songs than ZP Theart did. Marc wrote this one and I believe another one from the album.
ZP is the original voice of Dragonforce but Marc Hudson has had so much positive influence on the band that I would not trade Marc Hudson for shit.
Marc is also way better live
