I feel this gush of nostalgia when I hear the chorus.

This song reminds me more of what happens when I decide to game all night. "I am what I choose to be" - the character I play "I lose grip on reality" -showing the disconnect between me and the real world when the game's booted up. "And I have nothing to atone" - There's no need to regret any of the actions in the game or the action of gaming. "All your morals thrown in vain, I know my pleasure is my pain" -talking back to the people who tell me gaming too much is bad for me, as well as not caring about the consequences "But I'm gonna make it on my own!" - showing how I'll win both in the game and in real life. The end of the song talks about seeing the sun come up and deciding to go to bed after a successful session.

+Terminator0438 "Infection spreads, a spirit through my head" could relate to the latter line, "It's in my brain, it's driving me insane, hallucinations" which could very well be talking about dreams of the fantasies of video games.

This song is obviously about drug abuse. It's a continuation to Give Me the Night, another song about drug abuse.
Fucking hell, the title alone suggests that.

TerminatorZXY i like to imagine Land of Shattered Dreams is the sort of sequel to this.

Do you guys know the reason why the solo has 2 sides? I think they did this cus of the first part of the solo is a bit iam feeling sick after drug use you know.... and then suddenly you feel great and thats were the second part begins :)

These bonus songs are really good, but they feel like they were kinda an after though, and made to a formula. They feel like Inside the Winter Storm and The Warrior Inside from Ultra Beatdown. Not nearly as much feeling as on the main songs of the album

Could be about getting close to death, and then finding a final surge of energy to avenge yourself. The first 2 minutes suggests that very strongly, and the final chorus does as well ("I've lived my life and now I'm dead... This is my reality")
