+allbiz2k10 Little late but there is a great local band called Katy Guillen and the Girls and they are having a CD release party tomorrow. They are really good.

St. Paul and the Broken Bones will also be here in July. Need to check them out.

I love Dr. Dog's fascination with the self-marginalized - the Shadow People, the lonesome, the willfully alone, etc. Makes me rethink some of my life choices. Maybe you should too, before Dr. Dog's songs are about YOU.

Killer! They never miss, I think five full CDs since Toothbrush, and all way beyond good! They've already had a Hall of Fame worthy career! So creative and musical and fun and smart, all you'd ever want in a band!! Can't wait for the next one. In my book, they're the Beatles for a new generation! Squeeze is the only other band that I think deserves that accolade.

I went to Coachella 2009, and didn't see Dr.Dog, I simply dismissed them because their name made me think of a rapper. It is by far, my biggest regret, I missed out on what is now one of my favorite bands today, and since I don't even live in the U.S., it seems it was a one-time opportunity.

I love love love Dr. Dog so much, but I don't really know how I feel about this more pop-y and I dont really want to say it but juvenile version. Love the solo! Its still a great song, but my favorite Dr. Dog songs are like We All Belong and Easy Beat. Oh well!
