I just bought the cd but hasn't opened it yet. On monday I will leave my apartement in the city for good and move into a camper in the countryside. There I will open up the cd and let the music fill my camper.

Yes this is my fav on this album! I have to hear it at least a few times more whenever I play it.

I live in the States and I didn't even know about Gord until a few years ago. Fell in love with his music and now he's gone. I understand how you feel about never going to a HIP concert. I feel the same.

I know the feeling and I was young when they hit big. Never made the time. Makes me think about a lot of my decisions. Now I realize, way too late, that my life fits into various Hip lyrics. Sigh. It's a good life if...

LYRIC VIDEO PLEASE!!!!

I heard the iTunes preview of this song, and my calm composure completely collapsed into my uncontrollable sobbing. Those parts that he hits those high notes hit my heart so incredibly hard. You know he's weakened by his illness, and he's truly digging deep into himself to be able to get to those notes. He gave every speck of his strength into this album, and it's impossible to appreciate him and his poetry to the level it deserves. Gord, you will never be forgotten. Thank you for having such a beautiful soul.

After 3 weeks I can finally listen to this album in its entirety and not cry. When his loss was so fresh I just couldn't handle it. Now I smile as I hear each song. God I love Gord Downie.

@Shele Grimm I couldn't watch the Kingston concert for almost a year after Gord died. Now it's on my regular playlist, but it took a while to be able to smile listening to the Hip.

I herd this one on the radio the other day and I really loved it reminds me a bit of his secret path style

Heidi Falzon most these songs could be squeezed between any 2 secret path songs. Even hints of mmp throughout,all same time frame and production team for a 3-4 year period.

V Dogg I really love it I know it's going to b a hit I have a wonderful ear for music and as soon as I herd it it drew me In :)

right now, this song and 'a natural' are my favorite on the album.
