To be honest his voice makes him sound like a douchebag but its still quite a good song! (Also looks like one)

I can 100% say he is not a douchebag in anyway. I met them the other night, and he was such a lovely person. My sister wasn't able to come with me and I asked if he could send a little snapchat to her, and he was so kind to do so. (Hah, sorry for commenting like a year later all randomly, just needed to defend him!)

I think it's the vibe of the song and the lyrics entails a more sleazy and sexual visual personality. He's supposed to act like a womanising dick for the sake of the music video and the song when in reality a lot of the music spreads past that mentality. Also he's genuinely an epic person in real life compared to the musical persona he sometimes portrays.
