I don't mind never listening to this album again, but I love the Robbin Crosby ode of Bitter Regret.
Lol, I sort of hear what you're saying. I was a HUGE Tooth and Nail fan and actually thought Back for the Attack was weak ...until about 2005, and now I recognize it as a timeless masterpiece!! I just had to listen to it about 100 times... This one also gets Way Better the more you listen to it, but I love both blues and grunge, so this this side of George's playing is refreshing. Anyway there's an incredible body of work for you enjoy in the 80's style if you want to keep him in a box that suits your own enjoyment.
I love everything Dokken has done, from the original 1981 breaking the chains album to broken bones and everything in between.
