Great Song!! 2020!!

I prefer this album to all the dokken albums... the melodies and harmonies are out of this fucking world blows my mind. The solos are long and breathtaking. Would of been nice if Don maintained this supergroup and produced another album back in the days. Too late now for Don!

Facts are that John norum was gonna be by himself cause he play all the tracks and then this kid bully white sent Don or one of Don s assistance a demo and said he was a dokken fan new lynch s material so Don flew this kid out Don say your pretty good and he thought 2 guitarist would feel the void so Don wouldn't have to play rhythm guitar to free him up to just sing so he hired the kid they did did some songs put Billy on some solo parts on songs but original ly it was gonna be John norum guitars Peter baltes bass guitar mikkey see on drums and Don on vocals/rhythm guitar that's what the original line up was going to be

And when on tour... Russ Parrish
( Fight ) filled in for John because he couldn't tour with Dokken.
He was badass!

no if Don wanted to he could have copied the old style perfectly, John Norum and Billy White could've copied him perfectly. It's not the same as the old Dokken tracks because Don was going for a different style.

What you are hearing is Billy White on the solos..Norum was not a contributor

Norum did not join band till all was done and recorded.

If you look at the tracklist you can see that Norum helped write the songs, check wikipedia.....

If you can't hear that Norum plays on this you need to listen to more Norum!

You are totally wrong. Billy and Norum traded solos. The entire solo on Living a lie for example is Norum only.

Watch the Osaka Japan concert Jan. 6th 1991 both traded solos on this you'll see

I don't get why everyone is so obsessed with Lynch, whenever they talk about Dokken they ignore don and all the rest and act like Lynch was the sole reason it was good, he really wasn't that special and almost everyone that played with Don after copied him almost perfectly or played better than him. Lynch isn't a god he isn't the entire bands sound. get over it lynch dicks, (not directed at you Praxedis Guzman)
