@xxlevitux Ransom means 'to buy back'. Like when someone is kidnapped, there is a ransom. In Christian Theology, its used to describe the fact that we have sinned, and there is an obligation to pay for that wrongdoing (like a legal fee), but the Father sent the Son (Jesus) to pay that debt, 'Buying us back' - providing a way for us to 'come back' to God without us having to earn it. Like a kidnapped child having her ransom paid by her father so she can be returned again to fellowship with her father.

To each his own.........obviously. I would choose this song any day over Ballad.
I pick Dead Militia over both, Eternity is also better. They just have lots of great songs.
