One of the most forward-thinking songs of the decade so far. Probably because Tyondai Braxton co-produced this track, so it's almost sonically like an electronic Battles.

Dave Longstreth's music had impacted me in a deep way. I went to see the band in SD and had a deeply personal conversation with him. I shared to him an intense external turmoil I was going through. He listened. It was a surreal moment. Pretty much saved me from doing something stupid. So thanks Dave. Much love.

Ive had this dirty projectors t shirt for 5 years that i bought from goodwill that just has a bunch of ancient characters and the name dirty projectors under it. All these years i just thought it was a joke saying that you cant read the words projected off a projector when its dirty. Like the words are so blurry that it looks like ancient characters. Today i finally wondered if it was a band and i googled them and here we are!

This at 1.5 speed is an unquestionable top 40 pop hit on G107 (every market has a pop station called G10something). Especially check out the spoken part.
