here we are 2 years later, new album that's been released, thoughts? I wasn't feeling this album too much, but the self titled album has beyond restored my faith in the boys

This song was actually written by Jamie Allensworth, so if you do like it he deserves the credit, he is an amazing artist.

I'm honestly kind of disappointed in this album so far. I've loved them for a few years now. Maybe the more I listen to it I'll like it more. I love the Dirty Heads anyway.

Much time has past, the DH are just fuckin great!! One of my all time faves from them. Sounds amazing and reminds me of my love😚 and my love for the DH too😚

Can't commend this album enough. This is epic on the level of the Doors, and more recently, U2. Bring the heat.....I know I am going to catch hell, but the statement is dead on accurate. Good job DH.

Love the Dirty Heads, 've been listening to them since their demo, glad that they want to grow as a band, just disappointed in their direction.

@xbjohnson what the hell are you talking about. Obviously it's created by some kind of machine or computer, what traditional instrument makes a fucking electronic noise, a side from The Terminator bouncing his balls on your chin.

I can press one button on a Casio Keyboard and magically make a beat, does that mean I can produce an album? Just because someone strings a bunch of electronic thumps and claps together doesn't prove anything. Give DJ Thumpfuck a guitar and see what happens, he probably just bangs on it and tries to click the strings after he draws a half eaten apple on the back.

@Mike Comrie I'm going to miss their old style too, but I'm not disappointed in the direction they went, they have always been changing their style this change is just more radical, what I hope for is that they remember the music that got them started and don't leave all their old fans behind who got them to where they are in exchange for a newer more commercial sound

Just like most bands that have looked for change and found themselves consumed with the idea that they need to try something different, I will forget this album even existed. I will see them next year, or the year after, when they get their shit together and do what they do best.

I love how every song seems like it's gunna be killer in concert. It seems like what they put out in studio is for popularity, but in concert it's gunna be the way it's intended to be heard and in concert it will be epic, I can feel it.

Just saw them in concert a few days agog and u are right. Every song was kick ass and so much more.

This one is much better than the singles I hope the rest of the album is like this
