Its depressing knowing they will most likely never play an old album in its entirety or close to the entire album outside of japan. Its great seeing a video but being there in person is just an experience like none other

They did played Mode of Kisou in Hong Kong and Mode of DSS in Taiwan. Yet, these 2 places are where Diru have strong fandoms ever since the Visual Kei days.

It fucking sucks they would rarely if ever play older songs in the states. Saw them live in Portland OR three times though. 2007, 2008 and 2010.

don't be a wet blanket. not everyone can afford to buy every DVD box-set to enjoy a particular song they want to hear. Dir En Grey has legions of fans that spread their music by word of mouth and offer tons of exposure despite not owning the band's DVDs. If you cut off people's access to watching these DVDs, you're cutting off potential fans who rely on these videos to open up to Dir En Grey's music.

Should I be deprived of Dir En Grey just because I live in a Third World country where they never have and never will set foot? :(

Copyright infringement is what got Dir en grey known outside of Japan in the first place, guy. Most of us can't afford to pay the enormous cost of Japanese DVDs.
