He made Sundays to be very much enjoyable. I lived in Grahamstown (Makhanda) from 2011-2014 and reception of Metro was bad. If I was in Port Elizabeth (my hometown) I would stick around and leave late as I would be listening to Zondi. I simply enjoyed his programme. I was pained when they remove him from the midweek slot. Not to mention how I felt when he passed on. The man knew his story music wise. May he rest in peace.
