Diffie, Joe - If I Had Any Pride Left At All Lyrics

I wouldn't count the times we talked about tomorrow
And I wouldn't sing the lines if some one played our song
On lonely nights like this when I need a friend
You'd be the last one I'd call
Oh if I had any pride left at all

I would keep a place just to set your picture
Reach out to touch your face and feel you in my arms
And I wouldn't be here now parked outside your house
Not ashamed to crawl oh if I had any pride left at all

And only a fool would still be wearing this ring
Ringing your front doorbell

And I wouldn't let my heart stay wrapped around your finger
And I wouldn't fall apart when you open the door
Like all the other times when your eyes met mine
These teardrops wouldn't fall
Oh if I had any pride left at all

Oh if I had any pride left at all

There is NO ONE in the so called, "MUSIC" today that can get close to John Berry. He one of the best voices in any genre.
His music is simple but hits home to anyone that has ever broken up with or divorced the love of their life. His music shakes your soul. Excellent.

The music industry made one hell of a mistake when they didn't embrace this man!

No fake drawl, no beer and dirt road clichés. An authentic and massively talented singer and artist. Where have so many of them gone? Sad.

This man has never gotten the recognition that he deserves. One of the most awesome talents that I have ever heard. And yes, his voice will give chill bumps!!!

He is singing Christian and southern gospel I have yet to meet him. He is from my home state basically he wanted to live for his family and God. He just wanted to sing and Collin Raye is another one. Anyways he plays a lot in Macon and Athens if y'all have a church home y'all can book him that is how m family met him they didn't kW h q0k(w8x3as a country singer that was pretty good. So he just went to the cool side of the pillow.

James Thomas I seen him in Macon at the Nutcracker. I hadn't seen him in person since 97 at a private thing he did for the FFA officers at a state convention so I didn't recognize him at first. He was playing at the grand opry house there.

Awesome man, awesome talent. And this is my favorite of his. Well, it's close call between this and O Holy Night.  Annnnnd, I wish someone could find a copy of "Better Than A Biscuit". Funny song, had a blast throwing biscuits everywhere in "Buck Owen's Crystal Palace" for charity. That was awesome!
