So I just heard this song, I’m not sure why I hadn’t heard it before. When I have to work on Sundays, I’m a career Firefighter, I always listen to my Christian music channel on the way in, I won’t be able to attend services because of work. This morning I almost had to pull over as my eyes were leaking pretty bad as I listened to this beautiful song.
I have a 15 year old daughter who is my life. Last year she was diagnosed with an eating disorder, more specifically, Anorexia Nervosa. This disease has tried to take my daughters life, and it is a struggle for my small family every day. Life is hard these days, a constant fight to survive. This song hits home. Thank you for it. This is now my song to my daughter. God bless.

This song is truly a blessing to me because all my life I had people bully me and abused me I had a bad childhood to the point where I was running away yelling feeling suicidal thoughts and worthless ness and that I was not beautiful and I still not beautiful and I feel like I'm to ugly for any of the guys that I meet and like I tryed telling them I like them but they would always reject me so now I feel kinda hopeless that I'm not good enough for them and I still feel that way but I think I'm getting better so that's good this song really helps thanks

I was listening to 96.9 one day on the way to school and they had a preacher there praying for people who called in and asked for one. I tried calling several times, but unfortunately they didn't answer due to busy lines. I called in to try to get a prayer for my insecurities.. But after about 5 calls and no answer.. I kind of just gave up. I was just going to let it pass, but I couldn't. I felt as if God was miles away from me even though I knew he was and is always near. Right after the prayers were done, this song came on. I bursted into tears. It was right then and there that I knew he was listening.. And everything I was finding wrong about myself, he told me through this song that I am beautiful. I am unique and perfect in his eyes. I am fourteen years old, and the beginning of this song describes how I used to think about myself. But that all changed thanks to our wonderfully loving God. Let this be a reminder that even when you think he is far away, he's always near, and listens to your cries. Thank you Lord.

You know? Once I was depressed too and I thought that I'll end up killing myself. But Jesus took me with his love and healed my wounds. Now I can testify that my depression has gone and that I am living an amazingl life. I don't know what kind of relationship do you have with Jesus, but I promise you that if you give Him a change to be part of your life, He will completely heal you. He loves you more than you can imagine. Try to go to a church, you'll find incredible people there, tell someone how you feel, pray. There's still hope. God loves you.

if you think you are fat, ugly, or "not good enough" just remember that there is someone who is just wishing to be in your shoes because of the hand that God has dealt them. im 19 and i am in a wheelchair and i see so many people who complain about how having legs and being able to walk sucks and my response is try living just one day without the use of your legs and then come complain to me and don't get me wrong i am extremely happy with my life but some people just take their lives for granted. i have been this way since the day that i was born and i count every day as a blessing even the worst days. if you guys want to ask me anything im happy to answer any questions you may have. god bless you all

My ex-girlfriend has major low self esteem. When i told her she was beautiful and amazing she would sometimes call me a liar or get upset with me.
