I love this lady. She makes her music her own and her piano playing is just outstanding. Can listen to her 42/7

I wouldn't bet my life on it but believe her style falls into the "cool jazz" genre...which is less emotional...just like the name....cool

Completely and totally blows compared to the man's version.  You know of whom I speak.

You cannot compare Diana Krall's version of "let's fall in love" to Frank Sinatra's original version because the two have a completely different type of singing, as well as completely different vocal skills. This song is beautiful in it's own way, that is, to those who understand of jazz. *cough cough* And I know that your comment was written 2 years ago, don't accuse me of replying to an old comment.

Somebody who undertsands of jazz and knowses it so well *cough cough* should be knowings that original is not by Sinatra, it is by Eddie Duchin. And should also be knowing that woman called Ella Fitzgerald sing it before Sinatra as well. And yes all women's version much better than man's version *cough cough*

How can you compare apples and oranges? It is jazz! She and her band are pretty good!! Besides this song is Nat King Cole's, not anybody else.
