This is the very first promo video by Devo from 1977 when they were about to or had just signed to Stiff Records. There is no way this video was dated back to 1974.

Lineup is '74, Song was recorded mid-1975, film was finished in 1976.

What I want to know is why Devo wasn't mentioned in the documentary called synth Britannia. These guys were using synths and sound effects long before Gary Numan and the human league. Totally unique and ahead of there time.
