Stepney, and Verdine White, Philip all of 'em KALIMBA PRODUCTIONS. on the album, the final tune following this one was .... "CAUSE YOU LOVE ME BABY." just something i recalled when this one ended ... oh well, memories are FUN.

A little interesting trivia regarding the song's title: On Niecy's album it was simply titled "Slip Away." When the Emotions covered this song, it had the title that it bears here.
This is an amazing album with some of the best Soul songs of the 70s. BTW, The Emotions covered this song on their "Rejoice" LP (also 70s). Thanks for posting it!
