Ryan was asked this last year at a Q & A and he said that keeps the songs special and exclusive for those who purchased the deluxe box set which makes sense.
I wasn't able to get the deluxe set either, so I'll just copy the MP3 from Youtube there's ways of doing it.

I have to disagree with you 100%. Demon Hunter ALWAYS delivers on the bonus tracks. Some of the best Demon Hunter songs are bonus tracks. This track is seriously solid. i think the deeper harmony and tones in the vocals are much more "Demon Hunter ish " than the "ewwww ewwww ewww eww died in my sleep" crap.
