Decent song but why is there no bass? Why do the guitars sound so tinny? The chuggy parts eg 1:58 sound like they have no punch behind them at all, it's like a machine ticking.

I dunno what it is about the forms of metal like death and all...that just lift the spirit...like possession as Glen Benton claimed he was possessed by the devil...this is music that requires attention from the listener...it's not noisy rubbish as many would say...this stuff makes you understand music more...Deicide really master Death metal for me them and Nile and Morbid angel and death...other stuff like carcass/napalm and loads of heavy as fuck bands and the daddies- SLAYER- But Deicide are in my ten best bands of all time and the best death/extreme group ever.

I remember buying this CD in 1993, and on the plastic wrap, came a sticker that read: "WARNING: Evil Unleashed." And indeed the sticker was justified/appropriate. lol, anyone else particularly remember the warning sticker that was placed on the plastic wrap to Legion? I was 13, and remember thinking, "this must be some serious shit I'm about to get into!" Loved the album ever since. Carry on. -I-

This is the most evil album that I've ever had the experience of listening to. This is what 8-tracks of conjuring the devil sounds like, capture to 2" tape, in 1992, in Florida, USA. Ironic that this was the groud-work for the future of this wide genre.
